I directed a data-driven streamer communication strategy, cultural asset design, and multi-stage competitive mechanics. By integrating AI master prompts and building a custom HTML/JavaScript Asset Downloader to compress and manage 32 high-resolution cultural assets, the campaign achieved massive operational scale and generated $1.9M USD, exceeding initial targets by 38%.
