The Education & Training Evaluation Commission (ETEC) needed to transform complex institutional evaluation criteria into accessible, user-centric digital assets. The core challenge was removing cognitive barriers and leveraging search algorithms to organically reach millions of students, educators, and institutions at scale without diluting the commission's academic authority.
I architected a performance-driven design strategy that restructured complex data into intuitive, motion-driven content. By specifically formatting visual assets for search engine algorithms and applying principles of behavioral economics, we eliminated friction points, successfully generating over 250 million search impressions and driving passive-to-active user conversion.
